Representative Chris Miller

State Representative Chris Miller serves the 101st District and was first elected to the Illinois House in November 2019. Miller is a third-generation cattle farmer and grain operator. He was born and raised in Oakland and currently resides in Hindsboro. Miller owns a large farm in northern Coles County, and his district includes parts of Coles, Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion counties along the I-57 corridor.

Rep. Miller continues to work to make Illinois a better place for families and businesses. He believes in term limits for politicians, business-friendly regulations, decreasing taxes, and upholding the Constitution, including the First and Second Amendments. Miller is a member of three House committees and is committed to focusing on the real issues facing his District and the state overall.

After graduating from Oakland High School, Miller attended Eureka College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He also earned an associate degree in agriculture from Lake Land College. Miller’s wife, Rep. Mary Miller, represents the 15th District for Illinois in Washington, D.C. as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Chris and Mary have been married for 45 years, and they have seven children and 23 grandchildren.

Stanley Kurtz

Stanley Kurtz is a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and a contributing editor at National Review Online. He has authored or co-authored model legislation adopted by several states on such topics as Campus Free Speech, Critical Race Theory, Civics, and Campus Intellectual Diversity. Mr. Kurtz has published two influential books on President Obama’s political history and policy agenda, one of which, Radical-in-Chief, was a New York Times best-seller. His latest book is The Lost History of Western Civilization (available as a free pdf). Mr. Kurtz received his Ph.D. in social anthropology from Harvard University. He later taught at Harvard, winning several teaching awards for his work in a Great Books Program. He was also Dewey Prize Lecturer at the University of Chicago. Mr. Kurtz will shortly release particularly ambitious model legislation designed to bring transformative change to our public universities.

Jaco Booyens

Jaco Booyens is a native of South Africa and an American citizen. Jaco is an internationally well-recognized abolitionist and speaker on Human trafficking, Christian Faith, and motivation. Jaco is a diversified entrepreneur and involved in several entities and industries that transform culture for good.

As the oldest brother of a sister who is a sex trafficking survivor Jaco turned abolitionist in 2001 as the founder of SHAREtogether.org and Jaco Booyens Ministries both 501 c 3 organizations fighting the crime of human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. Jaco later produced and directed the feature film 8 DAYS, which his wife wrote as a non-profit film, inspired by actual events of sex trafficking within in the United States. Jaco launched red carpet events to screen the film, bring awareness and donate proceeds to local anti-trafficking organizations within the USA, South Africa, Europe, the Dominican Republic and 56 countries worldwide. Children have been rescued, brothels were shut down and Jaco became a trusted voice in the anti sex trafficking community and a voice to liberate women worldwide with over 20-year experience bringing awareness, influencing policy, and fighting the crime. Jaco recently produced and directed the documentary feature film SEX NATION being released in 2023 targeting the root of the sexually immoral movement and culture in America and how to correct it. He weekly appears on local, national, and international Television and Radio shows including TEDX, Blaze TV, FOX Mark Levin (Life liberty & Levin), Fox Business Lou Dobbs, Fox National and regional, CNN, MSNBC, OAN, CBS, The “Steve Harvey” Show, NEWSMAX, Real America’s Voice and many more, news articles, hundreds of Podcasts, and live streams etc.

Jaco actively fights against child sex trafficking in the USA and globally, giving aid and linking with agencies such as the TSA, FBI, Police departments, Sheriffs, CIA, ICE and Homeland Security SRT, Foreign agencies and over 172 NGOs in 56 countries around the world. Jaco is a former advisory member to The Trump White House Anti Trafficking Council and a key advisor to several nations and organizations combatting human trafficking. His efforts include awareness & prevention, training, drafting policy and legislation, consulting leadership, rescue, and rehabilitation facilitation through his nonprofit organizations. These two bills are now in process of being implemented in over thirteen states in the United States. Jaco is the host of the TV Show “The Bottom Line” which he developed, through which he conducts discussion with deep intellectual thought leaders and subject experts, on critical societal issues of our day and answers thereto.
Jaco is actively involved in legislation reform frequently supporting and consulting Senate and Congress with solutions through gap analysis to transform problematic areas relating to sex trafficking and education of children. Jaco Booyens Ministries recently drafted and successfully passed into law HB 3702 and HB2396 combating sexually explicit and obscene material from Oklahoma school curriculum. Jaco is actively engaged in the fight to combat trafficking across the U.S. border, and is a world-renowned international speaker and presenter on several humanitarian issues as well as serving on the non-profit boards of Jaco Booyens Ministries, Traffick911, SHAREtogether, Face Forward, Life without Limbs and Mission89.

Jaco has an educational background in Sports Medicine and had a professional sports career in both South African Rugby and Canadian and American football. Jaco’s mission is to stand for faith, family and freedom promoting life by transforming culture through uplifting entertainment. Believing many of society’s problems disappear when a moral culture is restored, women are liberated, and the image of strong engaged fathers and men are restored.

Tami Brown Rodriquez

Tami Brown Rodriquez is a nationally respected policy strategist and the former Director of Policy & Licensing at Jaco Booyens Ministries (JBM), where she leads legislative reform in digital safety, human trafficking prevention, and child protection.

With more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance and operations, Tami has authored or supported over 76 bills across 20 states—advancing reforms to repeal educational obscenity exemptions, enforce age verification, and establish specialized trafficking courts. Most notably, she spearheaded Texas HB 4623, a landmark law piercing sovereign immunity to hold public schools accountable for covering up or failing to investigate educator sexual-misconduct complaints.

Tami has also represented JBM’s voice before the U.S. Supreme Court through amicus briefs in Free Speech Coalition v. PaxtonMahmoud v. Taylor, and Chiles v. Salazar—defending state authority to protect minors online, parental rights in education, and counselors’ freedom to provide faith-based guidance.

Before joining JBM, Tami founded and built a national trade association that united a fragmented industry and successfully passed consumer protection laws in all 50 states. She has advised more than 250 companies on compliance, systems design, and government relations—earning recognition as a results-driven leader who bridges policy and practice.

Alex Newman

Alex Newman is an award-winning international journalist, educator, author, and consultant who seeks to glorify God in everything he does. Don Grande

Don Grande is an attorney in private practice focusing in the areas of business law, trust and estate law, and real property/mineral law. Don is active in public policy, primarily at the state level, on issues related to property rights, family security, and personal liberty. Don is also a principal with TruNorth Public Policy, LLC, a public policy consulting firm that works with legislators and citizens to protect personal property from The Great Taking, information and resources at dongrande.substack.com. Don and Bette have been married 44 years and they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Summer Ingram

Summer came to Liberty Counsel from the Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation (CPCF), where she was National Director of Prayer and Mobilization and most recently Vice President of Legislative Affairs and Prayer Outreach. During her 15-year tenure at CPCF, she helped build and support the American Prayer Caucus Network (a national network of federal and state government leaders in over 40 states), developed training materials, identified and trained state directors, tracked federal and state religious liberty-related legislation, interacted with religious freedom experts, connected with national prayer networks, assisted with development of key initiatives, and helped coordinate events, including the National Religious Liberty Summit, Keep Faith in America, PrayUSA , and state capitol events. She also developed and advanced core strategic action, legal and advocacy efforts, and other communication endeavors.

Summer develops strategic partnerships with other organizations and leaders; mobilizes grassroots and intercessory prayer support and activities for ministry initiatives through events, meetings, communication, and writing on a variety of subject matters on multiple platforms; develops, implements and markets educational programs, meetings, conferences, ministry outreach, and other events related to the operation and mission of the ministries, including to Israel, the Middle East, and Europe, that provide an immersive, life-changing experience designed to strengthen the faith of each participant.

Summer was also a top producer in real estate. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in government and business from Liberty University.

An ordained minister, Summer also graduated from Ascend Academy, a three-year school of ministry. Donald Kendal is a Research Fellow and Creative Director at Our Republic, where he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He designs book covers, graphics, advertisements, infographics, and helps shape the organization’s brand. With over a decade in public policy, Kendal hosted The Heartland Institute’s “In the Tank Podcast” and contributed as writer and editor to three Glenn Beck New York Times bestsellers: Arguing with Socialists (2020), The Great Reset (2022), and Dark Future (2023). He co-founded StoppingSocialism.com in 2018 with Justin Haskins. Kendal graduated from Benedictine University in 2013 with a communications degree. A Chicago-area native, he’s an avid Blackhawks fan.
