Sean O’Kean

Sean O’Keane joined Garrett Excavating as a Partner in 2020 after more than 20 years of executive leadership, including serving as President of Riggs CAT. As CEO and Partner of GarrettX, he champions a Value-Based Leadership culture grounded in integrity, accountability, service, and developing people. His leadership has earned recognition from Arkansas Money & Politics, Arkansas Business, and Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, including the 2025 C-Suite Leader of the Year honor. Sean holds a BBA from Henderson State University and graduated from Caterpillar’s Executive MBA Program through Stanford University. He and his wife, Amanda, have two children and enjoy spending time together outdoors.
